Mesothelioma clinical trials are being conducted in three phases-

Phase-1

Small group of patients are enrolled to find out the procedures and drugs to be administered on them.

Phase-2

In this phase, we can get early information about the benefits, safety and success rate of the new procedure or drug.

Phase-3

After treatments or drugs are convincing they will be compared against the current standard using a larger group of candidates.
